Rick is our Branch Manager servicing Southeast Michigan. He attended Western Michigan University and has 35 years of management experience. Before entering the restoration business, Rick was the co-owner of a steak and seafood restaurant in Flint, Michigan. He is IICRC certified in fire, smoke, and odor.

When Rick isn’t at work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two sons.

Brian Fuson is Co-Owner of ServiceMaster by Fuson. He received his Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Michigan. He worked for a construction company while attending college. He then worked for Ameriprise Financial as a financial planner, setting the record for the fastest advisor to retain 20 new clients and $1,000,000 in gross production. Brian was awarded the prestigious Silver Star Award for this accomplishment.

He then decided it was time for a new challenge and began expanding his insurance experience with Allstate Insurance in Chicago, Illinois. While mastering construction estimating software such as MSB and Xactimate, he also learned the ins and outs of personal insurance policies. He later expanded his insurance knowledge by accepting a position as a Commercial Adjuster with Travelers Insurance, where he primarily dealt with commercial policies. While with both insurance companies, he was extensively trained in water and fire mitigation, roof damage (storm), and mold remediation. Brian is a regular contributor to the American Red Cross and an enthusiastic Red Wings fan. He currently resides in Grand Blanc, Michigan to be close to his son Ashton, who attends school there.

Shawn Warren is one of the driving forces behind ServiceMaster ReStore's critical Midwest operations as the Regional Operations Manager. With over 24 years of extensive leadership spanning Project Management, Safety Management, and Operations Management, Shawn is renowned for transforming challenges into opportunities for growth and efficiency.

His expertise is reinforced by multiple advanced certifications, including Lean Thinking Strategies and Safety Management, alongside IICRC certifications in Water, Fire & Smoke, Odor, and Trauma Remediation/Mitigation. A testament to his distinguished service, Shawn was awarded a Certificate of Appreciation for exemplary services rendered to the White House and the White House Communications Agency.

Shawn's strategic vision extends to leading the successful integration of Michigan and Minnesota operations, a move that significantly bolstered regional capabilities. He has assisted in spearheading the implementation of cutting-edge tools to enhance efficiency and ensure meticulous attention to optimize project experiences, restoring peace of mind. Shawn is committed to cultivating talent to advance his region's ability to best serve his communities.

His impressive portfolio includes assisting in over 12 catastrophic events nationwide, ranging from swift responses to California wildfires, major hurricanes, tornadoes, floods, and freeze events, adeptly serving both residential and commercial communities. Shawn personally continues to oversee specialized projects, ensuring high-stakes situations are handled with precision.

When Shawn steps away from the challenging world of disaster restoration, he dedicates his time wholeheartedly to his family. Shawn feels truly blessed by his incredibly supportive wife, two adult sons, three teenage daughters, and two beloved pups. They cherish time spent at the lake, enjoying the pool, and exploring nature trails with their side-by-sides—a reflection of his enduring drive for adventure and mastery, both at work and at home.

Kate is our Digital Marketing Manager and has been with us since 2019. She graduated from Central Michigan University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Advertising and a minor in Psychology. Kate handles all of our digital marketing, social media, graphic design elements, and events. Kate is also certified to teach continuing education classes for insurance agents.

She enjoys volunteering through ServiceMaster and says her most memorable volunteer work was during the 2020 flooding in Sanford, Midland, and the surrounding areas.

Boris Erlikh has been with ServiceMaster since 2009 and brings more than 15 years of experience in large-scale commercial disaster recovery and restoration. Over the course of his career, Boris has supported mitigation and recovery efforts across more than 200 million square feet of commercial property nationwide, working closely with leading global property and asset management firms including CBRE, JLL, and Cushman & Wakefield.

Boris specializes in managing complex, high-stakes loss events involving water, fire, and catastrophic damage, with a focus on rapid response, operational precision, and minimizing business interruption. He is known for his hands-on approach, accountability, and commitment to availability—ensuring clients have immediate access to decision-makers and that experienced crews are mobilized quickly to stabilize assets and protect value.

A core professional priority for Boris is helping clients mitigate risk, reduce liability, and maintain continuity during disruptive loss events. Throughout his tenure, he has supported teams through some of the most challenging catastrophes in recent U.S. history, consistently delivering high-quality workmanship and dependable outcomes under pressure.

Outside of work, Boris enjoys baking artisan bread, exercising, and spending time with his friends and family.

Jacob Leonard is a Repairs Project Manager at ServiceMaster and has been with the company since 2023. He brings eight years of construction experience to the team. Jacob’s passion for building began at a young age—starting with Legos and Lincoln Logs—and naturally evolved into a career in construction. He began in residential construction framing custom homes, where he developed a strong foundation in structural work, before transitioning into interior finishes and gaining an appreciation for detail, craftsmanship, and quality.

Throughout his career, Jacob has been committed to refining his skills by focusing on quality, consistency, and industry best practices. He takes pride in leading by example, maintaining high standards, and delivering results that reflect professionalism and attention to detail.

Outside of work, Jacob enjoys spending time with his son and working on home renovation projects with his father.

Sarah is our Controller. She has 15+ years of experience in accounting, including both public accounting and corporate accounting, 20+ years of sales experience, and 15+ years in management. She received her bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Central Michigan University. In addition to her financial duties, Sarah also oversees the sales department.

When Sarah isn’t at work, she enjoys hunting, boating, interior design and flipping houses, and watching NFL games.

Aiden is one of our water restoration project managers. At just 20 years old, he has nearly five years of industry experience, including three years full-time. His background in mitigation and management gives him a strong understanding of projects from start to finish.

When Aiden isn’t at work, he enjoys going to the gym, visiting new cities, and watching his favorite shows.

Marsha is one of our Compliance Officers. She has worked at ServiceMaster Flint for over 21 years. She has 2 Associate Degrees and 3 software certificates from Mott Community College, which have greatly helped her learn all the software programs used at ServiceMaster over the years.

In her spare time, she enjoys watching the Hallmark Channel, reality TV shows, going to casinos, and hanging out with friends.

With over 23 years of experience in the insurance-related industry and 17 years dedicated to restoration, Marisa Sagil is a recognized leader in large loss and commercial disaster recovery. As a National Account Manager for a national and international restoration company, she specializes in coordinating disaster response and cleanup efforts following catastrophic events such as hurricanes, wildfires, pandemics, and civil unrest.

Marisa’s insurance and risk-related career began as a General Manager for an Additional Living Expense/Loss of Use company, where she managed national accounts and oversaw organizational operations. Her transition into restoration was driven by a passion for strategic leadership and a commitment to excellence. Marisa continues to lead through executive leadership roles. Her previous roles in restoration have included SVP and EVP of Sales, among others. Today, she is known for her entrepreneurial mindset, ethical approach, and results-driven execution.

She works with a wide range of technologies including Xactimate, Xactanalysis, T&M Pro, Docusketch, Moisture Mapper, MICA, Matterport, and proprietary software developed by Next Gear. Her ability to adapt to the evolving tech landscape—despite the industry's slow adoption—has positioned her as a forward-thinking innovator, helping bridge gaps in real-time data and logistical responsiveness.

Marisa has witnessed significant shifts in the restoration industry, from routine claims to high-severity events requiring search and rescue, biohazard cleanup, and full-scale reconstruction. These changes have shaped her strategic approach, emphasizing flexibility, collaboration, and deep industry knowledge. This role has brought a strong human element and empathetic approach to her daily restoration projects.

Her client base includes insurance carriers, adjusters, brokers, agents, risk managers, end users, and facilities teams, with a strong focus on large loss and commercial disaster recovery. Marisa works with large Fortune 500 companies to create risk plans and disaster planning that keep their organizations stable and financially responsible. She operates within the standards set by the IICRC and the RIA, ensuring compliance and quality in every project. Marisa is WRT and ASD certified.

Jim has been with ServiceMaster by Fuson from the start. Before ServiceMaster, Jim worked for General Motors and was also a hunting guide. He is our Facilities Manager and helps us with everything. He is IICRC certified in water restoration and has worked in every department here.

When Jim isn’t at work, he spends time with his family, hunting, or fishing.

Jessica Brattin is an experienced administrative professional with over 15 years of expertise supporting teams, improving processes, and maintaining high standards of organization and accuracy. She is highly proficient in Microsoft Office programs and brings consistency, reliability, and thoughtful leadership to her work.

Outside of work, Jessica values time with her family and enjoys camping and the outdoors. She takes pride in building strong relationships and creating environments where people feel supported and empowered to do their best work.

Aja is one of our Project Managers. Aja worked in the restaurant industry as a senior associate manager for many years and decided it was time to take her skills to a different field. When she is not at work, she enjoys spending time with her two kids and husband.

I have been in construction for more than 30 years. I have been an owner of a construction company and a project manager. I very much enjoy working with customers to make an enjoyable experience during the construction process. When I’m not working, I enjoy golf, spending time with family, and trips to the northern part of the state.

Matthew is one of our water restoration project managers. He is a U.S. Army Veteran with a bachelor’s degree in business management. Matthew has 20 plus years of management experience in construction-related industries.

When Matthew isn’t at work, he enjoys camping, golfing, and running.

Andy joined ServiceMaster in February 2016. In his current role as National Account Manager, he focuses on his partnerships with public entities including but not limited to: cities, counties, specialty districts and schools throughout California. He most notably created the specialized encampment abatement and removal program for ServiceMaster Restoration Services.

Andy has been an integral part of managing highly complex projects such as: biohazard cleanup, encampment abatement services, water and fire mitigation, content restoration, pack out & storage, and building stabilization. He has developed preventative and exposure COVID-19 disinfection plans in which he coordinated daily, weekly and monthly cleanings for cities, counties, multiple State of California departments, sewer districts, facilities, specialty districts and large commercial customers.

Dave is our Compliance Officer at the Flint location. He started out as a water technician, then became a water damage Project Manager, and now is happy working in Compliance. He has been with ServiceMaster for the past 10 years. Dave has an Associate’s Degree from Mott Community College. He is knowledgeable in the MICA software and Xactimate program. He also has his IICRC WTR certification.

When Dave isn’t at work, he enjoys spending time with his kids and grandkids, and also enjoys fishing in both winter and summer.

Rosella is our Administrative Accounting Assistant. She has 5 years of managerial and customer service experience with a focus in inventory and accounting.

Rosella enjoys spending time with family, loves the outdoors, and is always staying active and on the go. She is always ready for the next adventure!
