Fun fact: Through either work or personal life, I’ve had the chance to visit or live in 43 of the 50 states, as well as Washington, D.C.

I’m a huge live music fan and have been to over 200 concerts! I enjoy all genres, but my favorite show so far featured both Foo Fighters and Weezer, an unforgettable night!

Moving to Washington has been an incredible new chapter, and joining the ServiceMaster of Tacoma team has made it all the more rewarding. I’ve been absolutely captivated by the stunning Pacific Northwest landscapes and the genuinely wonderful people I’ve met both in and out of the office.

In my role as Controller, I am deeply committed to ensuring the financial health and integrity of our organization. I believe that strong financial stewardship is the backbone that enables our entire team to shine and succeed. I'm thrilled to have the opportunity to make my mark, bringing a fresh perspective to help streamline processes, provide clear insights, and facilitate the company's exciting growth trajectory. It's a privilege to help build a stable and prosperous foundation for our future.

Fun Fact: In my spare time, I love to paint. It’s the perfect balance for me—allowing me to flex my creative muscles while also being incredibly relaxing and meditative. I find it’s the ideal way to unwind and see the world from a different perspective.

1^st year with SMT

I've called the Pacific Northwest home most of my life and wouldn't have it any other way. I spent many years in basic construction before I felt the pull to do something with a bigger purpose. Helping people rebuild their homes and their lives after something unexpected happens, that's what drew me to the restoration field and ultimately led me to ServiceMaster of Tacoma. The people here share the same values I do, and that means everything.

Working with homeowners through the restoration process is something I take seriously. From the very first conversation to the final nail, I make it a point to keep things honest and transparent; you'll always know where your project stands and why. I work hand in hand with homeowners and their insurance adjusters to get estimates approved and make sure nothing falls through the cracks. When it comes time to rebuild, I make sure you're part of every decision, including the materials that go back into your home.

Before I consider any job complete, I do a final walk-through with the homeowner to make sure everything meets their expectations. It's not done until everything is restored to where it should be; that's the commitment I make to every homeowner.

Fun fact: When I'm not on the job site, you'll find me out adventuring with my 4 kids — whether that's camping in the woods, exploring the mountains, or chasing them around wherever the day takes us. And when I get a moment to myself, there's nothing better than hitting the open road on my motorcycle with the Pacific Northwest as the backdrop!

7^th Year with SMT

A Portland, Oregon transplant that came up to Tacoma to go to college at Pacific Lutheran University (Attaway Lutes!) and never left. Shortly after completing my undergraduate degree, and a year into earning my MBA, I found myself applying for an HR/Accounting Specialist position at SMT. I am so grateful that Jeff Sorenson saw my potential and offered me a Project Manager role, a role in which I dove into by learning the business and providing PM support as a Fire Coordinator.

Now, as a Project Manager for fire, water and disaster mitigation, I specialize in coordinating restoration projects from initial emergency response through final completion and getting customers ready for repairs. With a focus on efficiency, communication, and quality, I ensure that every client receives timely, compassionate, and professional service during some of their most challenging moments. The technical and logistical demands of mitigation work have allowed me to lead teams, manage budgets, and maintain high standards of safety and customer satisfaction. As I always say to my customers, "It's a pleasure to meet you, I wish it was under better circumstances, but we're here to help."

Fun Fact: As a PNW native, I love exploring the outdoors, especially anything involving water! My husband and I enjoy taking our two fluffy Samoyeds on adventures, though we’re just as happy spending time at home with our three cats, tortoises, fish, and whatever else we might be caring for at the moment. You can often find us checking out local comedy shows, concerts, or new restaurants around the Puget Sound area.

8th Year with SMT

After graduating from Washington State University in 2018 (Go Cougs!), I began my career in marketing with ServiceMaster, completely new to the restoration industry. After a year in marketing, I realized I wanted to be more hands-on and made the leap into production—and I’ve never looked back.

Since becoming a project manager, I’ve been challenged to think on my feet and find creative solutions every day. No two jobs are alike, and that’s exactly what keeps things interesting. I work closely with our crews, insurance partners, and subcontractors to make sure every project is completed the right way—with care and attention to detail.

Fun Fact: I’m an animal lover, proud mom, and avid gardener. My husband and I share our home in Olympia with 3 dogs, 3 cats, 4 goats, 16 chickens, a toddler, and a baby. We'll probably have brought home a new animal by the time this gets published. When I’m not juggling projects or kids, you’ll find me out in my flower garden.

5^th Year with SMT

From my very first week at ServiceMaster of Tacoma, I knew this was the company where I wanted to build my career and eventually retire. Coming from a family of general contractors, it felt only natural to pursue a path in a related field. Experiencing any kind of loss—whether due to water damage, fire, trauma, biohazard, or contents—is incredibly difficult. I’m fortunate to have a unique opportunity to support homeowners, insurance adjusters, and businesses by providing fast, reliable emergency response services during these critical times. My mission is to deliver accurate damage assessments, clear scopes of work, and realistic timelines to help restore homes and businesses to normal. I take great pride in what I do, value transparency, and always aim to approach each situation with empathy, professionalism, and a deep commitment to meeting our customers’ needs.

Fun Fact: Faith and family are the two most important aspects of my life. Bringing joy to those around me is what brings me the most happiness. In my free time, I enjoy camping, snowboarding, and getting lost in a good TV series.

3^rd Year with SMT

I grew up in Florida and moved to Washington in 2013. Washington truly feels like home. My career began with State Farm, where I spent eight years in various roles, ultimately becoming a Claims Adjuster and later a Claims Trainer. From there, I transitioned into the next 4.5 years of field adjusting with Safeco/Liberty Mutual and later with Mutual of Enumclaw. At Mutual of Enumclaw, I was introduced to ServiceMaster of Tacoma. I had a great experience as an adjuster handling claims for my homeowners and already knew the fantastic product and customer service that SMT is known for.

While I knew I wanted to stay connected to the insurance world, I also developed a strong interest in construction and estimating. That led me to work as an Estimator and Project Manager for a local construction company, where I gained valuable insight into how repair estimates should be written and managed, especially for insurance-related repairs.

A couple of years later, I was presented with an opportunity to join the mitigation side of the industry with SMT. Here, I’ve been able to combine my knowledge of claims, repairs, and insurance policies with my passion for helping people. I am grateful to our owner, Jeff S., for the opportunity and the environment to thrive and make a difference in people's lives.

My mission has always been to take as much stress as possible off my customers’ shoulders, guiding them through every step of the restoration process with compassion, honesty, and care.

Fun Fact: Florida gets more total rain per year than Western Washington, but it comes in short bursts and thunderstorms whereas our rain is lighter and lasts for days.

My top priority is to provide clear guidance and helpful resources that support you both during our work and long after it’s complete. I genuinely enjoy working at ServiceMaster because we put our customers first—always striving to leave you feeling satisfied and confident in the results. Our team culture is rooted in collaboration, positivity, and delivering exceptional service every step of the way.

Fun fact: I was born on leap year.

I utilize my background as an insurance agent to advocate for clients, helping them make sensible decisions and determine the next steps to get them to the finish line in a fashion that works best for their unique situations. I'm truly in the business of helping people.

Fun Fact: I'm an avid golfer, a lifelong musician, and a professional drummer of 30 years. I also play guitar, sing, and record my own music, often gigging with my musical family. I'm married to my wonderful wife Laura, a teacher. Together, we share two perfect kiddos under two! It's a busy job, but someone's gotta do it!

I leverage over a decade of experience in sales, banking, and account management to build strong, trusted relationships and drive sustainable business growth. With a solution-oriented, consultative approach, I partner with clients to understand their goals, identify opportunities, and deliver tailored strategies that support informed decision-making and successful outcomes. At the core of my work is a genuine passion for helping people and creating value for both clients and teams.

Fun Fact: I’m a lifelong learner who loves the outdoors—you’ll usually find me reading multiple books at once or jumping into a new hobby fueled by curiosity and a love for continuous growth.

Joining the ServiceMaster team has shown me that this is truly the best company I have ever worked for and with. I love the culture, my teammates and I am very excited to continue my growth!

I am a natural caretaker, which makes working with healthcare and education especially rewarding for me. After an unexpected event, I aim to be a calm, reassuring presence and help bring comfort during stressful situations. I focus on making the restoration process as quick and smooth as possible so businesses, patients, faculty, and students can get back to their normal day to day with minimal disruption.

Fun Fact: I’m a girl mom x2, love the ocean and being by water. I also have an unhealthy, or is it healthy, obsession with plants and propagating new ones! I attended college in NYC and played ball, so I am a huge lover of sports. Go Mariners! (World Series Champs 26’).
