I have completed IICRC training and hold multiple certifications, including WRT, ASD, AMRT, FSRT, TCST, OCT, and HST. These credentials support my ability to handle complex water, mold, and trauma-related losses with confidence and technical precision.

Matt Buhs is the Branch Manager for ServiceMaster in Waite Park, MN, bringing seven years of dedicated service to the company. His diverse background in construction, finance, business development, and management provides a strong foundation for his role. Carrie Pyle is one of the owners of ServiceMaster Professional Services.

Carrie spent the first 15 years of her career focused on risk management, accounting, and recruiting, which led her to overseeing the operations of four recruiting offices in central Minnesota. In 2004, ServiceMaster became one of Carrie’s clients. After spending seven years learning the restoration industry and seeing the passion that the ServiceMaster owners had for their business, Carrie left her recruiting business in 2011 and became an employee, and later an owner, of ServiceMaster Professional Services.

Carrie has traveled to over 20 states to oversee administration, billing, and operational success at ServiceMaster and is the Director of the SRM large loss department. She also manages the Human Resources and Risk Management sides of the business and has a strong passion for both staff and clients.

When Carrie isn’t managing hurricanes, fires, floods, or other complex situations, she enjoys spending quiet time at home with her family, especially her grandsons, and traveling to places without cell phone service.

With nine years of experience at ServiceMaster, I have continually developed my skills and knowledge within the restoration industry. I am IICRC certified in WTR, OCT, CCT, and FRST, and I take great pride in helping customers navigate difficult situations while making their recovery process as smooth and stress-free as possible.

Over the years, I have gained experience across multiple areas of the business, including four years on the Large Loss team and the past five years focused on restoration services. I consider myself a “jack of all trades,” with a primary specialization in contents and soft goods cleaning. I find it especially rewarding to restore soot-damaged items and bring them back to a like-new condition.

My long-term goal is to become a branch manager, where I can continue to grow as a leader. I am passionate about mentoring team members, sharing knowledge, and helping others develop their skills and confidence within the industry.

As a National Account Manager for a national and international restoration company, she specializes in coordinating disaster response and cleanup efforts following catastrophic events such as hurricanes, wildfires, pandemics, and civil unrest.

Marisa’s insurance and risk-related career began as a General Manager for an Additional Living Expense/Loss of Use company, where she managed national accounts and oversaw organizational operations. Her transition into restoration was driven by a passion for strategic leadership and a commitment to excellence. She continues to lead through executive roles, having previously served as SVP and EVP of Sales, among others. Today, she is known for her entrepreneurial mindset, ethical approach, and results-driven execution.

He most notably created the specialized encampment abatement and removal program for ServiceMaster Restoration Services.

Andy has been an integral part of managing highly complex projects such as: biohazard cleanup, encampment abatement services, water and fire mitigation, content restoration, pack out & storage, and building stabilization.
