Josh is a Central Michigan University (CMU) alum with over 15 years of sales experience and 20 years of management experience. He served in the Marine Corps for 6 years and was also a firefighter for Saginaw Township. He is married with four children—two girls and two boys.

In his free time, he enjoys camping, hiking, and spending time at the beach with his family. Josh is also the assistant soccer coach for Hemlock High School and a volunteer coach for the Freeland Wrestling Club. More than anything, he loves coaching and spending time with his kids.

Brian Fuson is Co-Owner of ServiceMaster by Fuson. He received his Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Michigan. He worked for a construction company while attending college. He then worked for Ameriprise Financial as a financial planner, setting the record for the fastest advisor to retain 20 new clients and $1,000,000 in gross production. Brian was awarded the prestigious Silver Star Award for this accomplishment.

He then decided it was time for a new challenge and began expanding his insurance experience with Allstate Insurance in Chicago, Illinois. While mastering construction estimating software such as MSB and Xactimate, he also learned the ins and outs of personal insurance policies. He later expanded his insurance knowledge by accepting a position as a Commercial Adjuster with Travelers Insurance, where he primarily handled commercial policies. While with both insurance companies, he was extensively trained in water and fire mitigation, roof damage (storm), and mold remediation. Brian is a regular contributor to the American Red Cross and an enthusiastic Red Wings fan. He currently resides in Grand Blanc, Michigan to be close to his son Ashton, who attends school there.

Aaron is a Repairs Project Manager. With 8 years of experience in the construction field—2 years in general construction and 6 years in restoration—Aaron is well-equipped for all of your restoration needs.

Outside of work, Aaron enjoys hunting and collecting sports memorabilia.

Boris Erlikh has been with ServiceMaster since 2009 and brings more than 15 years of experience in large-scale commercial disaster recovery and restoration. Over the course of his career, Boris has supported mitigation and recovery efforts across more than 200 million square feet of commercial property nationwide, working closely with leading global property and asset management firms including CBRE, JLL, and Cushman & Wakefield.

Boris specializes in managing complex, high-stakes loss events involving water, fire, and catastrophic damage, with a focus on rapid response, operational precision, and minimizing business interruption. He is known for his hands-on approach, accountability, and commitment to availability—ensuring clients have immediate access to decision-makers and that experienced crews are mobilized quickly to stabilize assets and protect value.

A core professional priority for Boris is helping clients mitigate risk, reduce liability, and maintain continuity during disruptive loss events. Throughout his tenure, he has supported teams through some of the most challenging catastrophes in recent U.S. history, consistently delivering high-quality workmanship and dependable outcomes under pressure.

Outside of work, Boris enjoys baking artisan bread, exercising, and spending time with his friends and family.

Dennis, co-owner of ServiceMaster by Fuson, has worked in the construction and insurance industry for a number of years. Dennis started out estimating damaged properties during Hurricane Charley and the many storms that followed. Most of this time was spent in Florida and Puerto Rico assisting families after their homes were damaged or destroyed by these events.

After experiencing several years of catastrophic adjusting, Dennis was hired as a permanent staff adjuster for Allstate. In his time with Allstate, he handled small, medium, and large loss claims in the residential field, including fire, water, mold, and storm losses. After years of experience with Allstate, Dennis made the decision to transition his career into ServiceMaster as the senior estimator/manager and took on all estimating duties. Along with estimating, Dennis was also the Program Manager and was heavily involved in the Quality Restoration Vendor (QRV) program. As the QRV manager, he was responsible for program compliance, proper mitigation procedures for fire and water losses, and ensuring proper safety protocols. He also worked closely with adjusters and insurance companies on behalf of the insured.

It was his time and experience at ServiceMaster that led him to open a ServiceMaster location in Michigan with his brother. Dennis and his wife, Sarah, currently reside in Midland.

Josh is one of our Repairs Project Managers. He has an Associate’s Degree in HVAC&R and has been in the construction industry for 30 years. In his years of experience, he has been involved in every aspect of the building process, from underground work through completion in residential, commercial, and industrial construction.

When Josh isn’t at work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and three children. He is passionate about football and hunting, and is also the manager of a fastpitch softball team.

Andy joined ServiceMaster in February 2016. In his current role as National Account Manager, he focuses on his partnerships with public entities including but not limited to: cities, counties, specialty districts and schools throughout California. He most notably created the specialized encampment abatement and removal program for ServiceMaster Restoration Services.

Andy has been an integral part of managing highly complex projects such as: biohazard cleanup, encampment abatement services, water and fire mitigation, content restoration, pack out & storage, and building stabilization. He has developed preventative and exposure COVID-19 disinfection plans in which he coordinated daily, weekly and monthly cleanings for cities, counties, multiple State of California departments, sewer districts, facilities, specialty districts and large commercial customers.

Sarah is our Controller. She has over 15 years of experience in accounting, including both public accounting and corporate accounting, as well as 20+ years of sales experience and 15+ years in management. She received her bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Central Michigan University. In addition to her financial duties, Sarah also oversees the sales department.

When Sarah isn’t at work, she enjoys hunting, boating, interior design and flipping houses, and watching NFL games.

Alan is one of our Compliance Officers here at ServiceMaster. Alan graduated from MidMichigan College with an Associate’s Degree. Alan is IICRC certified in WTR and enjoys using his knowledge to assist customers in the restoration of their homes after a loss.

When Alan isn’t at work, he enjoys being outdoors, working on his vehicles, and spending time with his dog.

Shawn Warren is one of the driving forces behind ServiceMaster ReStore's critical Midwest operations as the Regional Operations Manager. With over 24 years of extensive leadership spanning Project Management, Safety Management, and Operations Management, Shawn is renowned for transforming challenges into opportunities for growth and efficiency.

His expertise is reinforced by multiple advanced certifications, including Lean Thinking Strategies and Safety Management, alongside IICRC certifications in Water, Fire & Smoke, Odor, and Trauma Remediation/Mitigation. A testament to his distinguished service, Shawn was awarded a Certificate of Appreciation for exemplary services rendered to the White House and the White House Communications Agency.

Shawn's strategic vision extends to leading the successful integration of Michigan and Minnesota operations, a move that significantly bolstered regional capabilities. He has assisted in spearheading the implementation of cutting-edge tools to enhance efficiency and ensure meticulous attention to optimize project experiences, restoring peace of mind. Shawn is committed to cultivating talent to advance his region's ability to best serve his communities.

His impressive portfolio includes assisting in over 12 catastrophic events nationwide, ranging from swift responses to California wildfires, major hurricanes, tornadoes, floods, and freeze events, adeptly serving both residential and commercial communities. Shawn personally continues to oversee specialized projects, ensuring high-stakes situations are handled with precision.

When Shawn steps away from the challenging world of disaster restoration, he dedicates his time wholeheartedly to his family. Shawn feels truly blessed by his incredibly supportive wife, two adult sons, three teenage daughters, and two beloved dogs. They cherish time spent at the lake, enjoying the pool, and exploring nature trails with their side-by-sides—a reflection of his enduring drive for adventure and mastery, both at work and at home.

Elaine is one of our Compliance Officers. She moved to the Tri-City area in 2022 from Holland, MI, where she worked at an interior design store. When Elaine isn’t at work, she enjoys visiting with her family, baking sweet treats, shopping, and trying new restaurants.

Jessica Brattin is an experienced administrative professional with over 15 years of expertise supporting teams, improving processes, and maintaining high standards of organization and accuracy. She is highly proficient in Microsoft Office programs and brings consistency, reliability, and thoughtful leadership to her work.

Outside of work, Jessica values time with her family and enjoys camping and the outdoors. She takes pride in building strong relationships and creating environments where people feel supported and empowered to do their best work.

Ken is one of our Project Managers and has been with ServiceMaster since 2020. He is knowledgeable in the MICA software, obtaining and producing reports for water losses. He has his IICRC WTR certification.

When he isn’t at work, he enjoys spending time with his family and playing cards.

Jim has been with ServiceMaster by Fuson from the start. Before ServiceMaster, Jim worked for General Motors and was also a hunting guide. He is our Facilities Manager and helps us with everything. He is IICRC certified in water restoration and has worked in every department here.

When Jim isn’t at work, he spends time with his family, hunting, or fishing.

Matthew is one of our water restoration project managers servicing Midland and Flint. He is a U.S. Army veteran with a bachelor’s degree in business management. Matthew has over 20 years of management experience in construction-related industries.

When Matthew isn’t at work, he enjoys camping, golfing, and running.

Mary has been with the Midland ServiceMaster since day 1!

When her sons launched their ServiceMaster franchise, she joined the team to help get the business off the ground. In those early days, she wore many hats—answering phones, assisting with job coordination, handling laundry, and taking on whatever tasks were needed to support daily operations and keep things running smoothly.

Since 2020, she has served as the Uniform & Safety Manager, where she oversees employee uniforms and apparel and ensures our team is equipped with the proper personal protective equipment (PPE) to stay safe on the job.

With nearly 13 years at ServiceMaster, she takes pride in being part of a team that feels like family and contributing to the company’s growth and success.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, relaxing on the porch by the lake, gardening, and reading.

Kate is our Digital Marketing Manager and has been with us since 2019. She graduated from Central Michigan University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Advertising and a minor in Psychology. Kate handles all of our digital marketing, social media, graphic design elements, and events. Kate is also certified to teach continuing education classes for insurance agents.

She enjoys volunteering through ServiceMaster and says her most memorable volunteer work was during the 2020 flooding in Sanford, Midland, and the surrounding areas.

Shelby brings over 15 years of invaluable experience in management and customer service to her role as Operations Manager for the Fire & Contents Division. Her career at ServiceMaster is a testament to her dedication, progressing through various pivotal roles including Fire Technician, Lead Technician, and Project Manager. This diverse background means Shelby possesses an in-depth understanding of every facet of the division, allowing her to effectively lead and relate to her team.

Shelby is a highly skilled professional, certified in Fire Restoration through extensive coursework. She has earned her certification in IICRC Fire and Smoke Restoration.

She is also an Esporta Certified Operator, further demonstrating her expertise in specialized restoration techniques.

Shelby constantly strives to improve daily and learn as much as she can in this industry. A core principle and goal for Shelby is her commitment to compassion and empathy for clients experiencing loss, whether from fire, water, or mold. Her genuine understanding and care are consistently recognized and appreciated by those she serves.

Outside of work, Shelby enjoys the tranquility of the outdoors, often found camping and hiking. She particularly loves spending weekends at her peaceful retreat in Harrison with her family and fiancé. Shelby also has a passion for collecting, with interests ranging from Squishmallows and mushroom-themed items to various vintage collectibles.

Rosella is our Administrative Accounting Assistant. She has 5 years of managerial and customer service experience with a focus in inventory and accounting.

Rosella enjoys spending time with family, loves the outdoors, and is always staying active and on the go. She is always ready for the next adventure!

Kristi is our Operations Manager and our certified Esporta Operator. Being an Esporta-certified technician, Kristi can restore your soft contents in-house. The patented Esporta technology is designed to clean over 95% of soft contents and textiles in a single-family home that have been impacted by CAT 2 & 3 water damage, heavy smoke and soot, trauma clean-up, and much more.

When Kristi isn’t at work, she enjoys baking, camping, and spending time with her family.

Malissa is our Project Manager Assistant. She has been with ServiceMaster since 2022 and has over 30 years of administrative experience. She studied business at Delta College and is proficient in all Microsoft Office programs as well as QuickBooks. Malissa is also a Notary Public. She enjoys working with numbers and making work tasks more efficient.

In her spare time, she enjoys fishing, camping, traveling, going to sporting events, and spending time with family and friends.

Jeremy Snyder is the vital driving force in our Disaster Restoration Operations across Mid and Southern Michigan. A true veteran in the industry, Jeremy's impressive career spans back to 1996, bringing nearly three decades of unparalleled experience and expertise to every challenge.

His deep commitment to excellence is underscored by a comprehensive suite of IICRC certifications, including Water Restoration (WTR), Applied Structural Drying (ASD), Applied Microbial Remediation (AMRT), Fire & Smoke Restoration (FSRT), Odor Control (OCT), and specialized proficiency in Biohazard, Trauma, and Crime Scene Cleanup. Jeremy's vast knowledge ensures our Michigan operations consistently deliver industry-leading results and compassionate service during critical times.

When Jeremy isn't orchestrating complex restoration projects and leading his dedicated team, he cherishes quality time with his family. He finds balance and fulfillment in tackling home improvement projects, staying active with jogging, and expressing his creativity through making music.

Jane is our administrative assistant. She has many years of experience, including working in the customer service department at the famous Ripley’s Aquarium of the Smokies in Gatlinburg, Tennessee, as well as Dollywood in Sevierville, Tennessee.

When Jane isn’t at work, she enjoys being outside with her family and animals. She loves hunting, fishing, and all things outdoors.
