Andy joined ServiceMaster in February 2016. In his current role as National Account Manager, he focuses on his partnerships with public entities including but not limited to: cities, counties, specialty districts and schools throughout California. He most notably created the specialized encampment abatement and removal program for ServiceMaster Restoration Services.

Andy has been an integral part of managing highly complex projects such as: biohazard cleanup, encampment abatement services, water and fire mitigation, content restoration, pack out & storage, and building stabilization. He has developed preventative and exposure COVID-19 disinfection plans in which he coordinated daily, weekly and monthly cleanings for cities, counties, multiple State of California departments, sewer districts, facilities, specialty districts and large commercial customers.

As a National Account Manager for a national and international restoration company, she specializes in coordinating disaster response and cleanup efforts following catastrophic events such as hurricanes, wildfires, pandemics, and civil unrest.

Marisa’s insurance and risk-related career began as a General Manager for an Additional Living Expense/Loss of Use company, where she managed national accounts and oversaw organizational operations. Her transition into restoration was driven by a passion for strategic leadership and a commitment to excellence. Marisa continues to lead through executive leadership roles. Her previous roles in restoration have included SVP and EVP of Sales, among others. Today, she is known for her entrepreneurial mindset, ethical approach, and results-driven execution.

She works with a wide range of technologies including Xactimate, Xactanalysis, T&M Pro, Docusketch, Moisture Mapper, MICA, Matterport, and proprietary software developed by Next Gear. Her ability to adapt to the evolving tech landscape—despite the industry’s slow adoption—has positioned her as a forward-thinking innovator, helping bridge gaps in real-time data and logistical responsiveness.

With experience in the restoration industry since 2005, Rosa brings extensive expertise in fire and contents restoration and crew leadership. Beginning her career as an assistant technician in the contents and fire division, Rosa has grown into a seasoned leader specializing in contents pack-outs, contents cleaning, and fire structure cleaning.

A key professional priority for Rosa is sharing knowledge and providing guidance to help crews consistently deliver high-quality work. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her daughter and volunteering together at assisted living communities, where her daughter plays piano for residents.

Alexis is the Branch Manager for our fire and contents restoration division in Benicia and has been in the restoration industry since 2016. She began her career as an assistant technician and worked her way up through hard work, leadership, and a strong commitment to doing things right. Today, Alexis oversees day-to-day branch operations with a focus on fire and contents restoration, supporting her team, and keeping operations running smoothly.

Alexis is passionate about developing her team and believes strong leadership leads to strong results. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her dogs.

Luis Tirado has returned to his role as Project Manager—the position he enjoys most—where he focuses on delivering exceptional customer service and providing clients with peace of mind during stressful property damage and catastrophe situations. He understands that every project is unique and prioritizes consistent communication, reliable execution, and a positive overall experience for each client.

Luis specializes in technology-driven solutions, including computer systems, Excel programming, and software, which he uses to improve efficiency and strengthen project oversight. His professional priority is serving clients and customers with an unwavering commitment to service quality and satisfaction.

Outside of work, Luis enjoys staying active by playing sports, spending time with his family, camping, and traveling whenever possible.

With experience in the restoration industry since 2004, he brings extensive industry knowledge and a strong commitment to building long-term client relationships through clear communication, trust, and results-driven project management. He takes pride in guiding projects from start to finish while ensuring quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Outside of work, he enjoys golfing, snowboarding, and traveling.

With experience in the restoration industry since 1995, he brings over three decades of expertise, including 25 years with ServiceMaster. His focus has always been on providing customers and clients with immediate emergency services, honest assessments, and quality work that leads to high-caliber outcomes.

For the past 15 years, he has proudly served homeowners, insurance companies, and businesses throughout Northern California. His goal is to continually refine his skills to deliver services that exceed expectations.

Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family, serving his church, snow skiing, and watching football. He also dreams of traveling the world and experiencing new people, places, and cultures.

Ally brings experience in the restoration industry since 2013, with a well-rounded background in office management, estimating, project coordination, and project management. She has managed a wide range of losses, including water, fire, contents, mold, and trauma, and specializes in complex fire and trauma losses where professionalism, discretion, and clear communication are critical.

She focuses on transparency, clear expectations, and consistent follow-through throughout the restoration process. Her calm, reassuring approach helps clients feel informed and supported from start to finish.

Outside of work, Ally enjoys spending time with her three dogs and exploring her passion for cooking and experimenting with new recipes.
