Marisa’s insurance and risk-related career began as a General Manager for an Additional Living Expense/Loss of Use company, where she managed national accounts and oversaw organizational operations. Her transition into restoration was driven by a passion for strategic leadership and a commitment to excellence. She continues to lead through executive leadership roles, including previous positions as SVP and EVP of Sales. Cesar takes pride in helping customers navigate stressful situations with clear communication, professionalism, and timely solutions. Outside of work, Cesar enjoys staying active through snowboarding and off-roading.

Andrew has been with ServiceMaster since 2016, beginning his career as a biller and estimator and advancing into a role specializing in compliance and estimating. He holds IICRC certifications in water mitigation and restorative drying and currently oversees operations for the Reno, Sacramento, and Chico branches. One of Andrew’s top priorities is developing the people he works with, and he remains focused on expanding both his team and territory in the years ahead.

Outside of work, Andrew and his wife have been together since 2009 and married in 2019. They have two sons and are an active, sports-oriented family. Much of their free time is spent around club soccer, traveling, and snowboarding together. Andrew also spent several years coaching, an experience that continues to influence his leadership style today.

With six years of experience in the restoration industry and recognition as the 2024 Safety Champion, Drake takes pride in delivering dependable service with a strong focus on customer care and punctuality. He is passionate about assisting homeowners during challenging times and helping make the recovery process as smooth as possible.

Outside of work, Drake spends most of his free time coaching high school basketball or enjoying a round of golf.

Boris Erlikh has been with ServiceMaster since 2009 and brings more than 15 years of experience in large-scale commercial disaster recovery and restoration. Over the course of his career, Boris has supported mitigation and recovery efforts across more than 200 million square feet of commercial property nationwide, working closely with leading global property and asset management firms including CBRE, JLL, and Cushman & Wakefield.

Boris specializes in managing complex, high-stakes loss events involving water, fire, and catastrophic damage, with a focus on rapid response, operational precision, and minimizing business interruption. He is known for his hands-on approach, accountability, and commitment to availability—ensuring clients have immediate access to decision-makers and that experienced crews are mobilized quickly to stabilize assets and protect value.
